For those traveling in pairs, Standard twin/double room is available at 80 EUR for two guests per night, breakfast included. Adding a third guest is an additional 30 EUR per night.

Be sure to include the promotional code EST2024 to take advantage of our special conference group rates of 75EUR/80EUR. Following your booking, the hotel will provide you with a confirmation and details regarding payment.

If you arrive after 6 pm, you must pay the hotel in advance or provide your credit card number to guarantee your room reservation.

- Joining Saaremaa tour
- Please note that if you are participating in the 2-day tour to Saaremaa Island, you should plan to stay in Tallinn until the morning of June 10 and again on the night of June 11. We will return to the Hestia Europa Hotel at 10 p.m. on June 11. Do not book a hotel in Tallinn for the night of June 10-11. Accommodations on Saaremaa for that night have been pre-arranged for participants and are included in the tour price.
- We regret to inform you that Hestia Hotel Europa is fully booked from June 11 to 12. However, consider exploring CityBox Tallinn as well.

- For those not taking part in the island tour and wanting to prolong their stay in Tallinn after the conference, please note that Hestia Europa Hotel is fully booked from June 10-12.
