2-day tour to Saaremaa Island

The conference will be held in English without translation.

Our conference provides a buffet-style lunch and dinner, which also include vegetarian options.

• June 6
  • The Open Air Museum tour starts on June 6 at 1 p.m. from Hestia Europa Hotel and ends at 4:30 p.m. at Solaris Center near the old town, where participants can dine at the Lido buffet restaurant.
  • The Old Town walk begins on June 6 at 6 p.m. from Solaris Center (address: Estonia puiestee 9, Tallinn) and concludes at Hestia Europa Hotel. If you are not joining the museum tour but wish to participate in the Old Town Walk, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you in getting to Solaris Center.  We will walk a lot, comfortable shoes are required for both tours on June 6.
• June 10 – 11
  • For the Saaremaa tour on June 10 we will gather at Hestia Europa. The bus leaves at 7.45 a.m. sharp. Please come 5-10 minutes earlier so we can be ready by time. The tour concludes on June 11 around 10 p.m. at Hestia Europa Hotel and Hestia Seaport Hotel. Please ensure you have completed the Tallinn hotel registration for June 11/12 before the Saaremaa trip, as we will return late. A large bus will be available for your suitcases. When participating in tours, please dress accordingly for the weather, particularly in Saaremaa where it can be sometimes rainy and windy. Also, bring your swimwear as the Saaremaa hotel has a small SPA with a pool and saunas. For the Saaremaa Tour meals, you will need to pay for the first and last meals at the same café on Muhu Island; all other meals are included in the tour price. Ensure you have valid health insurance in Estonia.
