    Conference guests can park in EuroPark parking lot situated next to the hotel costing 4 € for 24 hours.

    Conference and Tour Registration and Payment

    Hotel prices

    • The Hestia Hotel Europa offers a standard room at a rate of 75 EUR per person, each night, with breakfast included.
    • The rate for a twin/double room is €80 per night for two guests, with breakfast included. An additional guest in the same room is €30 per night.
    • Please note that the final day to book your stay is May 3. After that date we can’t secure your reservation at the Hestia Hotel Europa.
    • Booking early is highly recommended to ensure availability at the conference hotel.

    • Joining Saaremaa tour
      • Please note that if you are participating in the 2-day tour to Saaremaa Island, you should plan to stay in Tallinn until the morning of June 10 and again on the night of June 11. We will return to the Hestia Europa Hotel at 10 p.m. on June 11. Do not book a hotel in Tallinn for the night of June 10-11. Accommodations on Saaremaa for that night have been pre-arranged for participants and are included in the tour price.
    • Not joining Saaremaa tour
      • For those not taking part in the island tour and wanting to prolong their stay in Tallinn after the conference, please note that Hestia Europa Hotel has very limited room availability for the night of June 10th to 11th.

    Tours

    • June 6
      • Visiting Estonian Open Air Museum, starting at approximately 1 pm. The cost is 30 EUR, which includes the ticket and transportation.
      • Join us for a walk through Tallinn’s medieval Old Town, beginning around 6 pm. This event is free of charge.
    • June 10 – 11
      • Two-Day Tour to Muhu and Saaremaa Islands (with overnight stay in Saaremaa) – 190 EUR (includes bus and ferry, one night’s accommodation at the hotel, one dinner, and one breakfast at the hotel, plus tickets to the castle). For additional meals, we plan to dine at cafes/restaurants that offer also vegetarian options; however, these costs are not covered in the tour price.
        The tour begins at 7:45 AM and returns to Tallinn at 10:00 PM the following day.
